Normal bike shops do all the normal repairs – brake cables, set gear shifting, install new components, repair punctures and so on.
Here at psychloSPORT we do all the normal things but plenty more besides. We do the normal stuff to the highest possible standards so you don’t have to worry, and can get on with enjoying your cycling safe in the knowledge that skill and care have been applied to your bike.
However we go the extra mile to ensure a complete bike service is available. As the staff are trained in both design and engineering, as well as being merely mechanics or fitters, we can ensure that all processes needed to maintain and improve your bike are brought to bear, in house, day after day.

While we do like to sell you lots and lots of shiny new parts we appreciate that items do not always need replacing and can sometimes be repaired. Where possible, in both a practical and cost effective way, we are able to effect repairs that others may deem impossible. Call in and ask to see the “Little Shop of Horrors” or Black Museum as we call it – you will be amazed at what can be achieved.
We undertake all forms of wheel repair, to all types of wheels including BMX, road and MTB. We also offer a comprehensive wheel building service on almost any type of Hub and Rim Combos. All wheel builds are GUARANTEED.
Suspension Fork and Rear Shock repairs, setting up and servicing are done, usually in house and quickly if needed. We only use original maker’s parts in our service work.
Hydraulic disc brake installations, bleeding, troubleshooting and repairs to all makes.
Frame repairs, repainting, braze-ons, disc brake mounts added to non equipped frames. Headset and BB refacing and all manner of other such frame services are performed in our well equipped machine shop by our own staff. Occasionally jobs have to tasked out to other providers but we only use the best sources available.
